Our Process
1. Select Studio
- Initial Research: This step involves exploring different backyard studio options. You would review various designs, and features to understand what suits your needs and preferences.
- Choosing a Model: Once you’ve researched your options, you select a specific studio model that fits your aesthetic preferences, space requirements, and budget.
- Assessing Needs: Consider factors such as the purpose of the studio (e.g., office, art space, guest room), the studio’s size, and any special features (e.g., insulation, windows, electrical setup).

2. Customize
- Design Adjustments: After selecting a basic model, customization options allow you to tailor the studio to your exact specifications. This can include:
- Choosing materials (wood, metal, glass, etc.)
- Adjusting dimensions (size and layout)
- Adding or removing windows, doors, or partitions
- Selecting interior finishes (flooring, wall finishes, etc.)
- Choosing additional features like electricity, plumbing, or heating.
- Consultation and Design Review: You may consult with a designer or us to refine the design and ensure it meets your functional and aesthetic requirements.
3. Place Order
- Final Decision: After finalizing the design and confirming all specifications, you place your order. This typically involves:
- Confirming pricing based on the customization
- Signing contracts and agreeing to delivery timelines
- Paying any required deposits or full payment.
- Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, we confirms the details, sets the manufacturing or assembly schedule, and provides an estimated delivery date.

4. Prepare Site
- Site Selection and Preparation: Before the studio can be delivered and set up, you must prepare the installation site. This could involve:
- Clearing the area: Removing any obstacles, debris, or structures that may obstruct the studio’s installation.
- Foundation and Leveling: Ensuring that the ground is level and, if necessary, laying a foundation such as a concrete slab or wooden deck.
- Utility Setup: If the studio requires power, water, or sewer lines, the necessary plumbing and electrical work must be arranged before installation.
- Permits: Depending on your location, you may need to secure permits for building or installing a structure in your backyard.
5. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery: The studio is transported to your location fully assembled.
- Installation: A team of professionals or technicians sets up the studio on your prepared site. This includes installing any utilities (electrical, water, etc.), and ensuring everything is properly secured and level.
- Final Adjustments: After the studio is set up, any final touches, such as interior finishing or fixtures, are completed. You may also receive a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Once all these steps are completed, you will have a fully customized and functional backyard studio ready for use.
